Eric Okondo Omanga is a highly resourceful and well-networked Business Builder, Consultant, and Leader with expertise in business development, leadership, risk management, brand building, and operational excellence. With a strong focus on client profitability and organizational development, Eric seeks opportunities to leverage his experience and drive growth. He possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and strong leadership abilities. Eric holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Global Social & Sustainable Entrepreneurship and an Executive MSc in Organizational Development. As the Founding Partner and Lead Consultant at The Business Clinic Limited, he provides strategic planning, staff training, and enterprise setup services.

Sylvia Kitema
Consultant
Founder and Director
Sylvia is a dedicated finance professional with expertise in finance management, project coordination, and administration. With a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and grant management, she contributes to organizational success and fosters financial sustainability. Sylvia’s skills include internal controls, procurement, logistics, and donor relations. Currently a Finance Manager at the Rift Valley Institute, she produces and analyzes financial reports, ensures timely payments, conducts grantee evaluations, and manages financial reporting requirements. Sylvia holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA Part II) with certifications in Prince2 Practitioner, Planning for Financial Sustainability, SAP ERP Fundamentals, and Written Communication Skills. With excellent communication skills, Sylvia collaborates effectively, guides staff, and ensures compliance. Her analytical abilities and teamwork make her a valuable asset in finance-related roles.

Stephen Kinako

Stephen Kinako is the founder and Managing Partner of KAN Consultants Limited. With over 18 years of experience in financial services, taxation, enterprise development, insurance, risk, and marketing, Stephen brings a diverse skill set to his clients. He holds an MBA from the University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Taxation from the Kenya School of Revenue Administration (KESRA). Additionally, Stephen has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Moi University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) with membership number 5251 and a Certified Public Secretary (CPS-K). Stephen’s expertise extends to managing Inspia Insurance Agency, a medium-sized firm providing personalized insurance services to both corporate and individual clients. With his extensive background and hands-on experience, Stephen Kinako is a trusted advisor in the field of taxation and financial consulting.
